How fast can you get to my house?
In most cases we are out within one to three business days. For urgent termite or wildlife situations we move faster. Call your market's direct line and we will give you a real timeline on the spot.
What does your quarterly plan cost?
It depends on the size of your property and what we are treating. Range starts around $100 for smaller jobs and goes up to about $1,000 for larger commercial accounts. We give you an exact number after a free property walk-through. No surprises, no upsell pressure.
Are your products safe for pets and kids?
Yes. We use products approved for use around homes with pets and children, and we follow application protocols designed to keep your family safe. The tech walks you through what was applied and how long to keep pets off treated areas.
Can I cancel my subscription if I am not happy?
Yes. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees. We earn your business every quarter. If something is off, we want to hear it before you cancel. We will come back out and make it right.
I am already a D&D customer. Where do I make a payment?
Existing customers can pay through our payment portal: danddpest.pestportals.com. Same login as before. If you have any trouble, call your market line.
I am already with another pest company. Is switching a hassle?
Not on our end. Cancel them when you are ready. We schedule your first treatment around your existing service. Most customers who switch tell us they should have done it sooner.
